Default Stuck in a Rut!

Hey everyone! Ok so Im totally stuck in a rut right now, I cant seem to get past 274! I dont know what to do, I've been going to the gym about 3 times a week and i started last week working out with a personal trainer. I just cant seem to get past that 274 mark. And to make matters worse, my boyfriend just told me that our Hawaii trip has moved to November instead of January... Eeek!!! I was really hoping I'd be much smaller by the time we go. We're going with 2 other couples, and both of the other girls have had plastic surgery and lipo and stuff, so Im figuring theyre gonna look pretty decent in a bathing suit... but not me!!! Im so nervous!!! EEEK!! Anyone have any suggestions?? Help help!

Your weight has stalled because you are gainning muscle, good times!!! The best part of that is the muscle burns the fat faster!!! It will start again!!

You are absolutley gorgeous at any size, I bet those girls can't say that!!!

Have fun and snorkel for me!!

Don't look at the number.... muscle weighs more then fat!!! Go by inches! I bet you'll see they are still melting away!

Yeah I guess I just need to remind myself that I just bought size 20 jeans at Old Navy, and they were the regular 20's, not the 20 plus's or whatever. So I was pretty excited about that... going from an almost 30 (those woulda fit comfortably) to a 20... thats always fun! I just guess that it bums me out cuz I seem to be losing slower than before. Im also very scared because Im coming up on my 6th month mark and people keep saying you dont lose really very much after that... so Im scared out of my mind! Thanks for yalls support!

Why on earth are you shooting yourself in the foot before you've even begun the homestretch?? Stop the negative thinking sweetheart! You are doing grreat, and it's okay if you begin losing at a slower pace, fact is, you'll still be losing

I also think that slower losing after 6 months will help you keep it off better. (My opinion) And at that point you will be defining your curves

Maybe for some people, but not all! I think I lost a good portion of my weight in the last 6 months too!

Up your protein...that what my surgeon told me..and sure enough, I started losing again.

In less than 6 months you've lost 91 pounds! Stop kicking yourself for slowing down and buy yourself a nice bathing suit. Show off the body that you've earned and God has given you. If those around you aren't as pleased with the healthier you, move on and find someone that is.
