Default Unexpected Barf

Kinda strange. I have been eating and tolerating the whole spectrum of foods (that I am allowed to eat right now) and have not had any problems really. But yesterday morning I awoke very early and came downstairs, reached in the fridge and grabbed a bottle of Crystal Lite Classic Orange, took a swallow and immediately headed to the bathroom because it was coming back up. No biggie really but caught me off guard. Only epsiode I have had since surgery.

Reckon my pouch was still sleeping and I scared it??

Pouches can be finicky little creatures! They kinda have a mind of their own and do not like large drinks of cold beverages in the AM (well, at least mine doesn't). I hate to say this but sometimes things just come up with no rhyme or reason!

Might have been the cold shock - it happened to me once - big drink - icey cold - rebellious pouch.

I can't tolerate anything cold in the morning at all. Which is prolly why I drink a pot of coffee instead

Hey, still happens to me on occasion. Happens to my 3 1/2 year post-op hubby every few blue moons. It's a nice reminder that the pouch still works.

I use a scoop of hot cocoa mix.

At starbucks, I order 1 pump mocha to lessen the sweetness.
