Liquid vitamins
Well I have not been taking my vitamins like I am supposed to I actually only took them the first week and havent taken them since. I tried to do the flinstones thing and was only able to do it for a week. after that the smell of it makes me gag. I found centrum complete in liquid form. you only have to take 1 tbl spoon a day and it taste pretty good. You guys/ladies might want to give it a shot if your having issues with your vitamins like me.
