Talking Officially at 6 months today!

Hi all. This might get a little long. I am officially at 6 months today. I have gone from 240 to 170. Size 22-24 to 16. I am finally realizing how much my weight was a problem and how much it affected me. I am crying tears of joy at how much I have lost and accomplished. I exercise, eat right and spend quality time with my kids. I didn't realize until this morning how I felt about myself. Dr. Potts has given me a new lease on life as they say and I am forever greatful. The support you guys have given me is priceless and I thank you all for being here. For the first time in a long while, I am crying tears of joy!!! Thanks for listening.
