It helped me as well. I am 6 weeks post op and have only lost 20 pounds. I haved not lost a single pound in the past week and a half. In fact the scale has slid up a pound or two. I am very, very frustrated. I hope the scales move soon. It is driving me crazy.

I know it is a hard thing to do, but stay away from your scale. Mine depressed me the more I hopped onto it.. Two months out I quit it lol so when I did stall I didn't even notice. I focus on walking further, swimming longer and counting my grams of protein. Don't get down, just stick to your schedule/routine and buck the scale

Here is my 'stalled' and depressed post from way back when.. it's one of many stalling posts I've tagged.. so do a tag search on the word 'stall' and you'll find a boatload of these:

Frustrated and Depressed..

Don't sweat it.

Just give it some time. My dr. wanted me to up my protein to 80 grams, so to this day, I still drink protein drinks. The stomach pain could be multiple things...It could be a stricture, hernia, ulcer, or even just a blockage. I would try taking a dose of Miralax everyday...once I started doing that, I've been regular, and the stomach pains went away...or if they came back it wasn't for very long.
