I'm so glad to know that I am not the only one that does that! You can just tell the minute that extra bite hits your mouth that it's not going down or if it does it won't stay there.

I dont measure either. I eat till I am full and then I stop. I had one episode where I ate too much to quickly because I was having a conversation during dinner and not paying much attention to what I was eating. Guess what I dont want to go through that episode again, it wasnt pretty.
