Default Hold on Elizabeth, Im coming this is the big one!

Oh my gosh! Are y'all sitting down? I went to the gym last night! lol

I went on a stair stepper for 10 mins and I could feel the burning in my lungs! My legs felt like jello. I did the stairmaster for 5 more minutes, again lung pain!

Then I went a played basketball for about 30 minutes. Good Lord do I need to work on cardio exercises, My lung capacity is not what it use to be.

Im gonna go do it again tonight n stuff, arent ya scared of me?
Also this morning I had a protein shake for breakfast with 1/2 a banana-guess whose getting on the good foot? ME!

I think we need to form an East County walk group.. again. We could do it at Chollas, Lake Murray or Mission Trails in Santee. What do y'all think? At least once a week... can bring the kids.. strollers, bikes, dog, whatever!

You have NO idea how much I look forward to enough pain reduction to be able to doing things like that again. Some folks don't like the physical activity piece of weight loss, and I thrived on it. It feels like punishment to not be able to do it now!

I will totally go walking with you at least once a week. Let me know when and where, and I'll be there (or at least do my best to be there.)

Way to go Bridget...that is funny that you posted this today I just told Star we needed to get our butts back to the gym now that the vacation and wedding things are done.
Keep it up and I'd like to try to meet you guys once a month to walk with you. Let me know if you are getting together.

But I can't do Sunday evenings because I play softball then. How about morning time on either day?
