Amber how much biotin are you taking a day? I take one tablet I believe it is 800 mcg.

It's OTC and on the bottle it says 1mg (1,000 mcg) 333% daily value. I don't know if this is what is working or not but I guess it doesn't hurt to take it and see.

Try increasing your protien intake. I started losing my hair around the 5th to 6th months post op. It has now stopped, you can't even tell I lost any. I am RELIGIOUS about getting 80grms and up of protien a day. I still drink 2-4 protien shakes a day. For my first morning coffee, I mix espresso and a EAS advant edge carb control everyday. I actually look forward to it. Just like starbucks, but it dosent have 1,000,000 calories, grams of sugar, fat-n-carbs. just a suggestion.
