Lightbulb GBS Weight Lose Tracking Spreadsheet

Ok.....listen up, I've been working on a Spreadsheet that tracks my weight lost. There are 3 Worksheets in this Workbook which consists of GBS Weight Tracking sheet, Before Pictures sheet and After Pictures sheet. I've created the spreadsheet so that when you input your ACTUAL monthly weight, it automatically tells you and update your average monthly weight lose, your average weekly weight lose and it even gives you a monthly projected weight far into the end of next year (based on your first 2 months average weight lose).

So far the Spreadsheet has worked excellently for me, but I'm curious to see if it helps others as well. I created it because sometimes, if a person can see their progress on paper and their projected weight for the future, it helps motivated them to stay on track to reach their goals. I've recently started back working out at the gym (after a 2 month break), to help me stay on goal and thus far it's working.

If there's post op-e3rs (2 mos. out of more) out there, who's interested in trying the Spreadsheet, send me a private note with an e-mail address I can send the spreadsheet to. The spreadsheet will have my information in it, just input your information over mine and everything else will update automatically. Don't delete the cells content (value) because it will delete the formula in the cell. I haven't firgure out how to keep the formula in the cell without having the value in it as well.

As far as the pictures, go ahead and delete my pictures and put your pictures in the cell, this is not a problem.

I would have attached the spreadsheet to this post, but I don't think you can attach files to a post, if anyone knows a different way, let me know.

For those who want a custom spreadsheet and want a further projected weight lose date, let me know and I'll create one for you.

I do this because I love all of you for the advices you all have given me and I love this forum. I also want to help others succeed while helping myself.

I'm glad to see that you all are interested in trying this. For those that responded publicly and privately, I will be sending you the spreadsheet later today. I'm thinking about adding a column that calculates your BMI, I'll try to do this update prior to sending it to you all.

Thanks for wanting to try it !!!!!

Ok, I've just added a column that automatically calculate your BMI based on Height and Weight, so don't forget to input your height in inches. And please, please please, remember to change the "Date" column to reflect the actual "Date of Your Surgery". If any of you have a problem with trying to put your info in place of mine, let me know and I will customize a Workbook for you.

Default Just a thought.

You might try and just upload it as an attachment in a post here otherwise you will be inundated sending it to people. Just my two cents. Suzy

Lightbulb File Attachment for WL Spreadsheet

Ok, I have the file size down small enough (125 KB), to send via e-mail, but the FORUM will not allow me to upload it here because it's not a PHOTO or in a picture format such as .jpg, .bmp, .gif, etc.. It looks like the forum only want pictures uploaded to it's website, but I noticed that it will accept .doc (WORD) file as well....so I can't understand why it won't accept .xls (EXCEL).

I had to resize a couple of huge pics that were in the file. I didn't want to delete them because I want everyone to see where to input their pictures.

Anyway, I will be e-mailing the file to those that has sent me their e-mail addresses.

Sorry, but I tried.
