Ok, I believe I've forwarded the spreadsheet to all who has requested it thus far, if I've missed someone, please, please, please, don't hestiate to let me know and I aologize in advance.

Since I've forwarded it out, I have had one request to adjust the formula in the cells for the BMI column to reflect one decimal place for example (43.1 instead of 43), I have made that adjustment and forwarded the revised spreadsheet to that person. If there's anyone else who prefers to have their BMI read with one decimal place, let me know, the change to the formula is very simple and I can probably just tell you how to do it without re-sending the spreadsheet.

Thinking too long about doing something often leaves it undone.

In maintenance... now I'm yo-yoing up and down 10 lbs or so. I'm trying to find out how to stay at a set weight, it's rough.
