Hey Yoli, if you email John the administrator and tell him about the overwhelming response for it he will load it up for you, just like he did the e book I had.

Wow...Bridget, thanks for that helpful advice, I will e-mail him right away. AND, I will send the Spreadsheet to all that requested it that I haven't forwarded it to yet.

I think the Spreadsheet is sooooo much nicer than jogging your weight down on paper in a journal or diary and better than trying to calculate the numberrs in your head. So please everyone, don't forget to give me some FEEDBACK, it's important that I know if there's any gliches or chances I need to make, OR anything you can think of that I can add to improve the Spreadsheet.
