I was 190 at 6 months out when I went in the hospital for 5 days due to complications. I didn't eat for 4 days. and I dropped to 185. Since I left the hospital I have gained weight and I am up to 190. That was 5 weeks ago. I bought some jeans that are 32 waist and wore them a few times now I am wearing some 33,34's. Is the honeymoon over?

No it's not over, just a bump in the road. At 6 months I went on a plateau that lasted about 2 months. Add more water to your daily intake and make sure you haven't dropped your calories too low. That will cause your body to go into starvation and the plateau will last longer.

It might be for you...you don't list what weight you should be at or your height, so it's hard to say. With a 33 inch waist, that's pretty darn tiny for a man.

What is your goal? My hubby is a 34 and he is pretty thin and he isn't very tall so that sounds great to me. It's probably just a miserable plateau plus with your complication I assume your excercise is down a little and that might contribute a little also.

My husband wears a 33/34 waist and he is 5'7". He is a runner and was injured a couple of years ago. He usually wears a 31" waist. You are fine for you height.
