Hi all!
I am about 5 months out. For the past few months, I have noticed a trend when I get on the scales...
Day 1 - I'll suddenly drop 3 - 4 lbs.
Day 2 - I'll gain those pounds back, plus maybe one.
Day 3, 4, 5, etc. - I'll slowly drop those pounds again until around day 5 or 6, I'm back at the weight showing on day 1.
I just find it really odd that this happens repeatedly.

I don't have a trend where I steadily lose (or even gain). I do this weird bouncing thing back and forth between losing, gaining and then losing that same weight.
Does anyone know what's going on?? Maybe the medical reason? Or a way to prevent it? Or maybe it's just me?
I am getting in my protein and water as well as taking all my vitamins. (I do sometimes wonder though if I am getting enough to eat... I find it hard to eat past a certain point.)
(By the way, I was trying not to get on the scales every day, but once I figured out this was happening, I've been trying to track it closely by weighing most every day. I just think it's kind of weird!)
