Peroneal nueropathy
Since losing a bunch of weight I have my legs constantly crossed... everywhere I sit they are crossed. I have never had a problem crossing them, even 90 pounds ago... but I guess because my legs are smaller where they cross now is along the fibular head of leg (just below and behind the knee). I do it so much it has created compression around the main nerve there, and giving me a little bit of paralysis in my leg and foot. I cant lift my foot, can barely wiggle my toes.. I have a "drop foot" if any of you are familiar with that term. It's weird n stuff. But who would have thought that this could happen!? Shoot... it could only happen to me... I get all the weird stuff.. pancreatitis, nueropathy ... now I have to work on keeping my legs uncrossed, I want the feeling to come back.... so if you see my walking funny, you know why! Just another story to share about life after WLS!

"People will argue with you that getting what you want in life isn’t something you can learn, if you’re destined to be one of the worlds winners as opposed to one of its perpetual whiners, its because you have been born with the right talents and temperament and have a big dose of self-esteem, ambition, and good judgment."
