It's not a plateau unless you trully haven't lost any weight in at least 4 weeks.

I try and stay off the scales, and just measure my waist, hips, and breasts and I can tell you weekly I'm losing at least an inch. So it's not necessarily the weight it's inches too. Take care Suzy
