Hello! Congrats and good luck on your surgery tommorow!!
I have been searching everywhere for chewable iron (and calcium citrate). I couldn't find any in the local stores. So I broke down and bought some from www.bariatricadvantage.com. I will let you know how they are when I get them. I think I got the berry-flavored ones. They also have chewable calcium too. I hope it tastes OK.
Again, good luck tommorow on your surgery. I hope everything goes well!

In maintenance... now I'm yo-yoing up and down 10 lbs or so. I'm trying to find out how to stay at a set weight, it's rough.

I buy most of my stuff at Trader Joe's. Any drugstore will have iron as a seperate pill. Iron pills are generally small to begin with. There's also a liquid form available, ask the pharmicist.

My doc prescribed me a small pill that I swallow with no problem and it seems to be working out great for me so far.
