Default Back from Europe and lost a bunch more weight

Well, I just got back from my Mediterranean cruise. I was 220 when I got on the cruise ship. I'm 196 today. I've lost 24 pounds.. on a cruise ship! I went to the gym almost every day but I did eat souffle and creme brulee occasionally. My weight loss has been so extraordinary. I can't really believe it myself. Just 4 months and a week ago I was 104 pounds heavier. In december, I was 160 pounds heavier. In 8 and a half months I've lost an entire person!

That's so cool that you went on a cruise and lost weight. I don't think many people can say that at all!!!!!!!!!!!

My wife and I are going on a Meditteranean cruise next May. We will celebrate during the cruise her one year WLS anniversary and our 27th wedding anniversary. They both are the same day!!!! Man will that ever be cool her one year out and me over 2 years out.

What ship were you on and what ports did you visit?
