At about 3 months out, I developed THE worst peripheral neuropathy (very painful) and dropped foot syndrome.

My bloodwork showed "normal" levels but that proved not normal for me.

My B12 was 684 - I was taking 1000mcg sublingual B12.

It was recommended I start a B100 complex and increase my B12 for a month and switch to methylcolbamin (from cyanocolbamin).

It took about 2 months to show an improvement and a further 3-4 months for all symptoms to disappear.

My B12 is now around 1300 pg/mL and that's where I keep it.
