I eat approximately every 2 hours.

But I don't wing it. That's a recipe for disaster.

I plan my daily menu beforehand and then just split it up to eat 6-8 times a day.

It might be a reasonable sized meal or it might be something like a piece of cheese and some fruit.

I eat four or five times a day. But one (or sometimes two) of those "meals" is usually a protein shake. I just haven't had much of an appetite lately, so I've been doing more shakes than I was doing for a while, because I don't want to cut back on my protein or calories.

I have been eating 3 meals and two snacks, but I don't time it. I just eat when I think it is about time to. I have been told by my nutritionist to replace one of the snacks with a protein drink.

Thanks everyone for your replies!!! I felt like 3 meals and 2 snacks was too much but I guess I'm doing fine!!! I was getting worried because I was starting to throw up almost on a regular basis but I'm guess thats from eating too fast not too much!!!

I really don't think it matters how many times you eat over the course of the day. What matters is how many calories you consume throughout the day. I couldn't eat five big meals a day or I'd be eating way too many calories. Although I can't really eat a big meal anyway. But you know what I mean. I eat 200 or 300 calories at a time. If I wanted to eat 400 calories meals, I couldn't have five of them a day. But really, I don't think I could get enough calories or protein in if I only ate three times a day. And I'd be hungry, and I don't like going hungry.

I eat 3 meals/day

breakfast around 9-10 am, lunch around 1-2, and dinner around 7-8 pm

I eat the occasional snack at night when I find myself hungry... a snack usually takes the form of like a slice of low-fat cheese or a glass of skim milk.
