Jennuwine and PricklyPear;

It's 1 gram of carb per cracker. Serving size is 17 crackers and that has 17g carbs. I do not eat an entire serving size at any sitting and I was eating them with tuna fish, not alone.

I certainly don't want to pick them up all by themselves because that's too much like potato chips, etc. and that would NOT be good for me. But I thought with the tuna it might be okay. It's definitely not something I want to do daily though.

My team and more importantly my tumtum says they are ok sometimes. I love the Kashi ones and limit it to 2. I top them with my tuna, cottage cheese mix and they are great at work for lunch. I just threw out my box though because I had only eaten 6 of the crackers in and they were wicked stale. I don't want them everyday and with the Kashi ones I couldn't eat more than 2 at a time anyway. Of course I stay well away from all other crackers including saltiens. I would just snarff em down like no ones business.

The multigrain is slightly sweet. They just came out with a tomato and herb that sounded interesting but I haven't checked the nutrition info.

I'd have to check exactly when he said I could but it was either 4 or 6 weeks out. I might have cheated by a couple weeks, not sure.

I had some crackers to help with the terrible nausea from the detox. I think it's a really bad habit to get into. Really hard to pass up that isle now that I know I can eat them easily but I have to do it.

Most trainers/nutritionists suggest a few pieces of melba toast for a nice crunch. Much better than crackers.

Oh my goodness, you have to consider taking your tuna--and your crackers and making this awesome recipe. I enjoyed it so much before surgery, and look SO forward to the days when I can make them again!

Parmesan Tuna Patties

Sounds yummy!

We are having halibut for dinner tonight. I have never had it but I certainly hope it goes down well!
