I have to say that all that has been minimal since surgery. Ibuprofen was the only thing that worked for me for headaches, cramps, pain, etc. Since I can't take it anymore, I use tylenol.

For occasional use its okay, but not for everyday pain control. It is really hard on ANY stomach and can cause ulcers. To be really safe if you are going to use it, take it witha zantac or something.....

I cant remember why, but they said i could take Tylenol. But it does not even touch my headaches or cramps.

Brig, what do you have a cabinet full of vicoden? I cant take that either, it makes me swell. So i have to be on percuset (sp?) Post OP... Man that's good stuff!

I've been meaning to ask this...what do you do post-op if you have a headache or aches/pains? Crush up the pill and pour it in a drink? Right now, Excedrin is the only thing that helps my headaches. Is that going to be a serious no-no after the fact?
