Silly question~
Okay, I didn't ask, and I don't want to call Kelly back to ask her, so, I'm asking the pro's..
I've been upgraded to cream soups today... YAHOO!
What I want to know is, do I mix it with water or skim milk??
Thanks in advance for your help!

Sandi,
I did water for the first couple of days, then switched to skim milk.

Sandi,
I used skim milk and did fine. Actually its been just over 3 weeks and soup is about the only thing I can still tolerate well.
Keep up the good work

I had to use water because I am lacto. It was great with water, but now I am a stuffed pig and hurting. I drank too much. "It tasted so good"

Thanks Marnie!
I added water today, then put it in the blender to get rid of the chunks of chicken that I was afraid I wouldn't chew quite enough then cause a problem... it was magnificent!!!
I can hardly wait to eat again!! LOL

Hey Poddie,
Don't talk like that about yourself!!! We've all heard those things too many times from strangers that left hurt feelings and scars that will take a lifetime to heal, don't do that to you, you don't deserve it!!!
This is a learning experience, and here we are, in this together, along with a whole bunch of other wonderful people who understand what we're going through right now.... so, be kind to yourself, love yourself, ........ cuz we do!!!!
Gentle hugs~

Chicken broth
Sandi,
I added chicken broth in my cream soups, it thinned it out and added some flavor too.
Good luck....
