Walking was a great big part of it. Eating right, and NOT drinking protein drinks. I ate my protein, even if I ate the same chicken breast 5 times, I couldn't tolerate protein drinks, glad I couldn't. Eat till you feel satiated and stop. I ate atleast 5 or 6 times a day, and I walked in between the meals. I sipped my fluid every waking moment that I was not eating or waiting my hour to do so. I didn't cheat. Protein was about all I could handle at one time. A bite or two of mashed potato, or a bite or two of cottage cheese. I didn't like meat so I ate cheese.

Hope this helps.
