Default Five weeks

Hi,
It's been a while. I think about you guys a lot.
I have had a hard time. It's five weeks today and I have been in and out of Dr's and ER. I'm still in the recliner sleeping at night,I am feeling better
with my pain from my stomach with that first complication but at least
I can take a shower by myself.
I have a question I have been fighting a uti then a kidney infection for three weeks and on meds, still not gone. My Dr.
did a urine test and it came back that my liver was in distress, I am scared.Has anyone had this happen?
I had to go today and have blood labs, I guess I will find out on Thursday or Friday when the Dr. calls back with the test results. Please Pray for me!!
Thanks I can't wait to get back to normal.

Misty,
I am a little under 3 weeks out and am just now encountering some kind of problem. I think I may have a raging UTI myself but thought it was a yeast infection at first. Diflucan helped some but I am back to being in a lot of pain urinating.

I will be going in today to see what is happening. This is the first hickup I have had. If you are experiencing this kind of pain I feel for you. You are on my prayer list.

Misty, I'm so sorry your having trouble. I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers. My liver function was abnormal pre-op. My doc said this was normal due to being MO. However, at my 3 mo check up it still hadn't returned to normal and he said it was still probably fatty and stress from surgery. He feels at 6 mo it will have returned to normal and told me not to worry about it. I go back 9-12. I pray it is something that is no biggie for you! Sending positive thoughts and healing your way. Big hugs to you! Keep us updated!

Hey Misty...I hate to hear that you are still experiencing complications such as the pain in your stomach, but it sounds like it's a little better now that you're able to take showers. I called you approx. 3 wks ago to check on you, but didn't get an answer, so I left a msg. Call me when you get a chance.

Thank you so much for all the support I just want to cry reading the post how wonderful you all are. Thank you for the prayers.I went to the Dr. today and he said that after talking to Dr. C it may be normal to have the test results come back the way they did with the liver. Dr.C ordered labs yesterday so we will find out by Friday whats going on.My pcp wasn't sure that way they wanted to be safe.
Koren, I will be praying for you, Yolanda, I never got you message. I will be calling you.
Thank you everyone for your thoughts and prayers
