Talking 199 Are you out of your mind???!!!

I did it, I stepped on the scale today and it said 199.0!!! Wow I knew this moment would one day come, but I sure didn't expect to be gasping for air when it did.. lol

It feels great, and I am going to do what I have to do to maintain a healthy lifestyle as not to get back up to this weight.. It is scary because I know it can happen, but I think with the support of my dear friends here I will succeed and do great.. I love you guys..just had to shout it out from the rooftops I am under 200 for the first time in years!!!
