Default When does the weight gain start?

I have read that most people gain some of their weight back. If it has happened to you when did it happen? At what time was your weight loss the highest?

I hover around 120 for the past 3 months or so. My hubby, who is 3 1/2 years out varies between 230-240 (down from 454), depending on if he's slacking off. Even when he slacks, the weight gain is still gradual, 1-2 lbs/week. It's not like you miss a week and suddenly you're gargantuan again.

Most people discover it takes more effort to maintain the loss starting about 1-1 1/2 years PO. The honeymoon period is known to last from 6-18 months. You will gain back if you don't pay attentition and keep your tool nice and sharp.

Hmm lets see, I am 1 1/2 years out and i find that I really need to watch it.. I went up 15 pounds but i lost it! Some folks ay a 15 pound flux is normal... i was terrified beacause I know how fast it can go to 20 pounds and on and on.... I find now that I am watching "diet" big time!

"People will argue with you that getting what you want in life isn’t something you can learn, if you’re destined to be one of the worlds winners as opposed to one of its perpetual whiners, its because you have been born with the right talents and temperament and have a big dose of self-esteem, ambition, and good judgment."
