Default post op problems

well i am one of the few with some problems after surgery. i had my sugey on july 19th and everything went well as for the lap. on my one week post op had a strange smelling substance coming out into my drain tubes. spent the rest of that day at the hospital getting a cat scan and an upper gi. i was prescribed anti biotics since nothing was wrong with the pouch but had a small infection occur and dr callery was glad he had left the drain tubes so we were able to catch it. i went back thursday and looked good got one tude removed next thursday i should have last tube removed i am glad to have friends on this site as well as a great staff at dr callery's

I hate to hear you are having trouble. At least you caught it early before things got to bad. From what I have read here you are in excellent hands!
