I use ENS from Celebrate. It is a powdered drink mix that you mix with about 8 ounces of water. It tastes just like grape Koolaid to me. You drink two a day. It helps me get my fluids in, too. It is a multivitamin plus 500 mg of calcium in each packet.

If you email Celebrate, they will send you a free sample so you can try it before you buy. Just go to www.celebratevitamins.com. The only downside is that it is expensive. It's like $49 for a 30 day supply. That does include the multivitamin and the calcium, but I think I was only paying something like $30 for both of those when I was doing chewables. Plus, it has recently been brought to my attention that we really need at least 1500 mg of calcium a day, and the ENS only supplies 1000 mg, so I'm going to have to buy some additional calcium anyway. Nonetheless, it's worth it to me because I just couldn't tolerate the chewables. They were making me gag. Sometimes they were making me throw up. I am really happy with this stuff.

Oh, and apparently some people freeze it and make popsicles with it, which I really need to try.

Kelly
