Default Great Weekend, had to share

This weekend has been nothing but great.

I had my 1 month check-up in Philly thursday and I was down 28 pounds fully clothed with heavy jeans. That probably means I'm really down 30 pounds which brings me to my first goal of being 221 again. I haven't been under 222 in a year and figured I would make that my first goal. Doc put me on solid foods which is great! I just need to learn to not eat and drink at the same time, that's my biggest problem.

Anyway, My parents, my best friend and I went to Altlantic City, NJ tonight for some gambling since my friend and I are now 21. Well, my Mom gave me 100 bucks and said to gamble it wisely. Well, I did just that. I won 400 bucks!!!! I was so happy. I gave my mom back her 100 and kept 300 for myself.

The best part of the trip to A.C. was that we walked well over 2 miles back and forth on the boardwalk and I wasn't winded or tired. Of course my legs were sore as hell, but that's expected.

So, I just had to share that with you all because I'm so happy.

Hope you all have/had a great weekend!

P.S.- I walked upstairs tonight and my jeans started falling down, hehe.

That's awesome, the money and the ability to walk without dying! Which one is priceless? The walking! It's all about the little things that we take for granted.

I'm glad you had such a great time! It is great to set small goals and reward yourself a little for them. Then go all out when you hit the big ones! Congrats on your win! Buy yourself something nice with it!

Thanks guys, I really do feel great..

I had another "moment" in walmart today, it was totally awesome.

So I'm walking along with my roommate and we pass these mirrors. I stop short and go back to them and say "OOOO!! I like these Skinny mirrors."..So then I realize, "These aren't skinny mirrors at all, it's me!"

Hehe.
