I've also started working out regularly. Let me tell you, it's a great feeling. The time flies by when I just get on the treadmill and watch the tv in our complex gym.

I wasn't motivated at all yesterday until one of my guy friends (a really cute one too) said that I was pretty and all, it was definetly a motivation boost. Man is he adorable So then I went to the gym and did 1.75 miles on the treadmill!

Anyway, keep up the exercise everyone!

Talking Day Two!

First of all, thank you to all that responded with their encouragement and knowledge...I truly appreciate it and it sounds like everyone could use a bit of encouraging lately.

Secondly, today is my one-year anniversary!!!! Happy re-birthday to me! One year ago today, I was taking my shower getting ready for surgery. I had no idea at the amazing results I would see. I'm not done transforming. This butterfly isn't done spreading her wings yet.

Lastly, I completed my second day of working out and again, I feel totally awesome! I'm focusing on doing atleast 30 minutes a day, most of it being cardio on the eliptical. Doing weights for my arms and legs and doing crunches for my tummy and waist. Feeling groovy!

Getting started for me was hard. I think keeping it up will be easier for me. I'll let you all know.

Keep smiling!!

Thanks for the motivation. I too am on day 4 of exercise. yesterday and the day before were the best. I love to go the gymn and hook myself up on the treadmill and jog off all the bad stuff. I love to work it so hard that I am at a breaking point. It actually feels like war of the fat to me. I see it that way in my head. I say things to myself while am working out like. "fat get off of me" "you don't belong here" "I can do this" I don't have to feel this way anymore" stuff like that. So when I get tired I say that stuff and it helps me to keep going.

It feels so fantastic to be jogging again. I haven't done it since high school when I weighed 118lbs. Wow what a great feeling.

For those of you who are sitting on the exercise fence thinking it over. Come try the other side. It helps you sleep better, breath better, it promots faster weight loss, it makes you feel better about yourself. helps your skin get rid of polutants. It is just really good for you. Just try it what do you have to loss. Weight.
