Default POST Weight Loss Surgery Patients Needed to Complete Questionnaires for Research

Hi everyone! I am a doctoral student at the University Kentucky who is looking for research participants who are AT LEAST SIX MONTHS POST WEIGHT LOSS SURGERY (any surgery) for my research study. Please see the flyer below and contact me if interested.

Research study conducted by the University of Kentucky

To participate you must be:

Female
AND
At least SIX MONTHS post weight loss surgery


Complete questionnaires about emotions, eating, and substance use mailed to your home

Return your responses in the self-addressed stamped envelope provided

Your responses to these questionnaires will be confidential AND your name will not be written on the forms when you return them

This study is completely voluntary

YOU WILL BE COMPENSATED FOR YOUR TIME

How long will this study be going on? I will be 6 months on September 18th and would LOVE to help after that. I had my surgery in Lexington! :0)
