I've noticed my shoes are looser for sure. I am glad for that!! I'm not sure I'll have as drastic a change as Kel, but would LOVE to be in a regular instead of WW. I have bought my shoes online for years now due to not being able to find any to fit otherwise.

2 months today for me too and 37lbs I am definitely going to continue keeping my calories and protein up, I think my 2lbs a week loss for the 1st 3 weeks of the month was telling me I wasn't doing something right because since I upped things for the past 3 days I lost 4lbs this last week. 400cal a day was making my body hold onto to every little bite.

My shoes are definitely looser and I would love to lose some size off these canoes!

Thanks! and congrats on yours Nikki Lynette, good for you! I can't believe how fast the time is flying by! I think our stalls were just an adjustment, and that our bodies are getting used to the new routine. I was doing 2 lbs a week too, but I too had a 3 lb drop in 2 days too... what's different? not sure, but I am sure it had to do with adding more exercise.
Anyone ever use a pilates machine? I am looking at one on Craigslist, and might get it if it seems worth it. I have never done pilates, but have heard about the benefits of it. Star Jones swore it's what kept her from getting saggy. She was on Oprah a few weeks ago taking openly about her surgery.
At first she was attributing the weight loss to the pilates, and not acknowledging the surgery.

paula, lynette, nicki- great job on the weight loss!!

my shoes are too big for me! my sneakers still fit since i can tie them tighter. But the heels...well i have a gap in the back.

I buy all household goods at Wal-Mart. The price difference between grocery stores and target/Wal-Mart/Costco is crazy!

I have been doing everything weights, crunches, walking. My dr cleared me at 6 weeks. I can say that when i do the side to side crunches i do get a pain where I "think" my pouch would be for like a day so avoid those now.

I have to really plan better for my meals(at work). I really slacked on the protein last week and saw a difference from what I had been losing to last week. the hard part is that the yogurt i eat for breakfast is hard to find! the only place i can find it is about 20 min away from me at work(hour and half from my house) So i didn’t have time to buy any last Monday so i skipped breakfast all together. I went and got some yesterday though. What other things do you gals/guys eat for breakfast? I cannot do eggs at all(wish I could) i have tried them 2 times and it was bad both times.

So my youngest first birthday party is saturday! I am nervous to see people(family and friends) no one other than my hubby, mom and dad have seen me since before the surgery. I took a lot of grief for having this surgery form some family members. some i think because they wanted to do it too and never followed thru and from others i dont know why, maybe scared something will happen. BTW i used to talk to my aunts every other day atleast before..now most dont even call me back. Maybe I am sensitive and they aren’t ignoring me just busy...I hope they dont make comments, cuz i really dont want a argument at chuck e cheese. I might have to grab the mouse head and beat some sense in to them.

Jenn, I hope that things go good for your party. I think that sometimes people just don't know what to say to us. I have had some people not even mention my weight loss until I say something about it first. Others are really curious. Keep us posted on what happens.
I have never used a pilates machine, but I have done pilates on DVD. I love pilates. A machine would be great! I have see them online and in books. They look interesting.
My stall continues, I lost .5 pounds since last wed. Not sure what I am doing wrong. Do you guys think it is because I am not eating much?
Also, I have had diarrhea for the last 3 days. Anything I eat seems to go right through me. Any suggestions. Remeber it has been extremely hot here in pa (95 plus humidity). Due to the heat I haven't excercised as much as usual. I know that I need to up the excercise, but what esle do I need to do??? I am desperate here, this is the longest stall I have had yet.

I have never done pilates..i will have to look into that. Sounds like fun

Annie- i know when i hit a stall it goes back to my protein/water intake. Cuz i will start to slack there. The diarrhea though i dont know ...maybe go back to stage 2 foods for a day or 2 and see if that helps.

Isn't it funny how we lose weight in our FEET? As far as shoes, I haven't noticed anything because I really only wear flip-flops (I can never find shoes wide enough). But I have noticed that my feet and ankles look a little slimmer.

Sounds like everyone's doing awesome!

I weigh myself every Sunday. I've been losing 3 lbs. a week for several weeks, but had a whopping 5 lbs. this past week! Woo hoo! Unfortunately I don't see the scale moving yet this week. I know I need more water and more exercise.

Annie the diarhea is making you dehydrated and you must drank more and more liquids. I would say call your surgeon or nut and ask them what can you take for the diarhea. Always listen to your body when it does wierd things.
