Question 2% milk or fat free half&half?

hey guys, did you know that fat free half&half has only 2 gram of sugar per 1/2 cup while 2% milk has 13 grams of sugar per cup? So does it mean that f/f half&half is better?
Also I'm going back to work next week but I feel like I may not be ready physically, I'm not sure what to do. Did anyone else feel this way? Is it normal and should I just go back or take more time off? I would appreciate any feedback...thanks.

Well the thing is my job is very demanding and I'm afraid I wouldnt be able to keep up at work since I still feel weak and drained. I do a couple of simple chores around the house and I get drained by the afternoon.
I'm going to see my doctor tomorrow and I guess he will determine if I'm ready or not.

Best wishes sugar pea, it takes about 2-3 months to get your energy back! Take it easy, let us know what he says! I went back to work after a week, but i have pretty sedentary job where I can lay down if I want..... good luck!

I had a real tough time going back to work after 6 weeks. I work in a factory and do a lot of heavy lifting and physical work. I really needed 8 weeks but I got through. The worst part was just getting back into the swing of things and trying to figure out when and what to eat. Good luck and let us know how things go for you.

Thanks ladies for the advice. BTW I would luv to have a job like yours bridget..lol
I miss my job a lot but I'm just afraid of not being the best that I know I was before this surgery, and to also deal with supervisors that are not always understanding. I'll know for sure tomorrow after my appt. and I'll let you know whats up.

Okay...so I just came back from my appt. and apparently fat free half&half is not better than skim, low or fat free milk. It so happens that half&half has ingredients that are not considered healthy
My doctor gave me two more weeks off just so I can built up my energy. He basically said it was up to me to decide whether im ready for work or not. I wasn't sure so he gave me two more weeks off. I see him again in 6 weeks
