Isn't my doc the coolest?
I'm going to take this break and do the most I can to get me back to my routine. My fiance and I joined the Y near my house, and I'm starting to eat more foods that are high in protein. My doc gave me more vitamins such as iron and calcuim and something else that will protect my tummy from ulcers. I pray all this gets my energy back.
