Ah yes, man cannot live on pork rinds alone. The way I plan my day is to make sure I get enough of what my body needs first. So many grams protein, fruits/veggies, fiber, water, etc. Then, with what's leftover, I allow myself a little treat here and there. Sometimes, I go a whole week or two just eating healthy things and splurge on something for special occasions. Like wedding cake. I must have an itsy bit. How many weddings does the average person attend to worry about how much "bad" food you can have without feeling guilty
