Default Pork Rinds??????

Anyone have these as a snack? It says 8gr protein for 1/2 oz. I was away this weekend and my husband got a bag he felt bad that he and the kids were having snacks and I was not. It didn't bother me but he was feeling bad, lol. I had a few of them but I do not like to eat when I am not supposed to I do not want to get into any bad habit's. Thanks

I have them as a snack on occasion. I basiclly live by the motto have everything in moderation. There is no off limits food for me. Most times, I'm satisfied after 5-6 bites. Makes it rather hard for me to really overeat anything at this time. I get full so quickly.

I agree with Marie about everything in moderation. I tried a donut today....it made me dump. I was able to taste it and remind myself that I have a tool and to use it wisely. I will taste "bad" food and usually a few bites will satisfy me and make me feel normal.

Thank you Marie and Dale. It was nice to have a few and not feel guilty about it. They are not something I would have on a regular basis.

Ah yes, man cannot live on pork rinds alone. The way I plan my day is to make sure I get enough of what my body needs first. So many grams protein, fruits/veggies, fiber, water, etc. Then, with what's leftover, I allow myself a little treat here and there. Sometimes, I go a whole week or two just eating healthy things and splurge on something for special occasions. Like wedding cake. I must have an itsy bit. How many weddings does the average person attend to worry about how much "bad" food you can have without feeling guilty Unless you're bridget, the socialite
