I do have a Krogers so I will check it out. Great information. Well gang, I finally broke the same weight after 7 weeks. I lost a pound. Doesn't sound like much but I will take anything at this point. You guys help me more than you know.

If you dilute the Isopure (water and lots of ice) it is not so bad.

I like carb smart protein bars. They have 10 grams of protein and only 2 sugars. They are not a big project to eat. I have like a couple of others but you will have to try for yourself and see what works for you.

Work stuff is also tuna made at home and brought in. A 3 ounce can has about 20 grams of protein.

Protein shake if ya like em.
do you eat your tuna with mayo? i have to eat it that way but i cant seem to eat it anymore... maybe too much mayo? not sure... just random curiousness

What a great suggestion! I have to live in the dorms again this year and microwaves are my only source of cooking. You cant really eat anything much in our cafeteria. thats like dumping waiting to happen! Thanks for the suggestion, even if it wasnt for me, it so helps! thanks!

I have my tuna with light mayo. They also sell and new product in the tuna section which are wonderful if ya have a microwave. They are tuna steaks. The run about $3 and they taste great. They have lemon peper and other flavors and only take about 30 seconds to cook. You should try those.

There is also canned chicken which you can add to salads or make a chicken salad sandwich. I like my tuna though it is my preference.
