Default New WLS Book by my surgeon.

My doctor has just co-authored a WLS book at the following address:
http://www.littlevictoriespress.com/aboutbook.html

He is great and I have met the other two authors as well in meetings. I have been so pleased with the care and followup I have received at MMPC Center for Health Excellence in Grand Rapids, MI. They have their own psychologists, exercise physiologists, dieticians, and trainers onsite. The hospital he uses has a complete bariatric wing.

Julie,

You are doing so awesome girlie. Keep up the good work. It is always a sweeter success when you trust your surgeon. Follow up care is so important, emotionally and physically. Not everyone gets great after care, no matter how great the surgeon is.

Enjoy the ride.

Thanks for the info! It's greta to have a doc you can really relate too. I love my doc but hate his staff and really wish I didn't have to deal with them. I wish I was so lucky!

Aweseome to have such support. Bariatric surgery is a lifetime thing and we will always have different needs than the general population. Just like heart bypas people have specialty groups and lifelong follow-up, I think gastric bypass should have the same dedication.
