Ok....I need help. Before I take another sip of juice that says
"No Sugar Added", I need to know if it's the
natural sugars that are making me feel bad. I started experimenting with sipping on Juices as a break from Cystral Light (which I had been drinking since I left the hospital last Wedn.). My fiancee went out and bought a lot of different Juices that supposingly has no
Refined Sugars in them. I sipped on 2 different types, Grape/Mixed Berry and Apple, on yesterday. The apple was soooooooooo sweet tasting and the Grape was ok. All day yesterday I felt semi-nausiated <sp> and had diarrehea (1st BM since before the surgery). This morning I have drank only water in fear that if I drank more of the juices, I would feel like I did yesterday. Can I
NOT drink these juices? What else is there besides water and Crystal Light?
