Hi, Im Cathy and I had my surgery on the 16 th of March, I was able to go to work for a few hours the first week and returned full time the second week I haven't had any problem of pain just not really going to the bathroom much. I have lost 33 lbs which surprised me I didn't think It would be that much so soon.
I am glad the liquid diet is over my doctor gave me the ok to start exercising at the gym no restriction and I am on soft foods. How are you doing?

And I am having more difficulty with my signature then the diet or should I say the life change. My tracker is suppose to have a white background I don't know where the black came from and I can't git rid of it.

My Surgery was Thurs March 12... Was off work for a week then back on the next Monday. Pain is gone. occasional pulls and grabs here and there. I too lost 34 pounds my first 2 week check up.

the bathroom thing is understood, as less in less out...

Hey ya'll good Idea on moving the thread post op.

Is anyone have trouble with constipation. Sorry I know tmi. I think maybe it's because I'm not getting all my water in. I'm a month out and for me it's still a challenge to get in all the water, vitamins and protein. I can get either/or but not all. I get full so fast, then I'm not hungry so I forget and before you know it the day is done. I feel really good very energetic most of the time. It's just the constipation and fluid/protein/vita intake that's troubling me.

I have a quick question. There is no way possible with 3 meals to get all this protein in, now can someone clarify for me on the world wide protein shakes do I use those in replace of water or should I be replacing a meal?
