I am so jealous of everyone's personal trainers too! Even at the Y where I go, they are so expensive. I think I'll wait a while till I really get closer to where I can work out without dying to get one. That will give me time to save $$$!

And it is so funny how different I feel all of the time. This morning I was so stoked and feeling good about getting all my protein, and then today I just couldn't eat dinner tonight. I've been feeling scared though because I have been hungry lately. And everyone's talking about how they can't even eat or drink and I feel guilty about eating. Mabye it cause Aunt Flo hasn't even come yet and I'm overdue, so I know my hormones are raging. On top of it all I have to figure out if it's head hunger, pms hunger or am I really hungry! Ugh, just one of those moods and needed to vent!

Carrie,

Vent away.....I am not hungry during the day usually but tonight I am really hungry and can't wait to eat. It seems to me that you are doing everything right. You count calories, et. and you are working out....you make me feel guilty. I have to get started on a workout. I belong to a gym, just have to get there. My headaches are finally going away and I am feeling better so no excuses. Keep up the good work, you are great.

I felt the same way this week. Probably cause Aunt Flo came to vist, early. I felt like I could eat everything in site. Very aggravating! It's so hard to tell if you're really hungry or not. Hopefully it will get easier for us later on determining which is which.

Carrie

I will try drinking it like water intake, I did so yesterday and it allowed me to get 77g protein in. And yes my dr said when Im on stage 4 I should be to 3 meals and minmal snacks, so drinking the shakes in place of water or a meal is the only way I see possible to get in the amounts of protein I need. I did good yesterday, no nap and I seem to be slowly getting back to a normal schedule and not feeling so sluggish. Im really starting to have lower back pain and I think its part of the weight loss and the way the weights shifting. Any one else experiencing more back pain that normal? I have not really used any of the meds I received to go home up until now due to this awful back pain. I tried tylenol liquid this AM and it did nothing so I used some of the liquid pain meds they sent home.

Julie

I have been to the gym and once you get there you will feel great. I still cant do alot as I get short winded but my guess is the more weight that drops it will get easier. I was able to run on the treadmill for 20 min and bike for 10 min. Then I have had a few days where I just cant get up the energy to go so I went online and purchased some resistance cords and a ball stability set and when I cant get the motivation to get to the gym I atleast use those at home so that Im getting in some excercise. The worst for me right now is this lower back pain Im having making it hard to walk for any length of time and I have a arch issue (fascia something)which is making the walking and gym less desireable. Glad were not alone and all seem to experience alot of the same issues, makes it more supportive just knowing your not alone

Yay! The family is going to the gym this morning! I love the Y cause it's soooo not a competition to see who looks the best like at some gyms where everyone looks perfect and knows it! Plus I can drop the kid off at the day care. I'll probably only do the treadmill and maybe bike, but it beats staying in the house and using our treadmill.

I was at WalMart yesterday and picked up some of the Gerber Graduates meat sticks. I remembered sneaking them when I would feed them to my babies and they tasted pretty good. Well I ate a jar yesterday and guess what....they still taste pretty good. Just a suggestion for another protein source.
