Mark, I have notice I have alot of energy in the morning but around 3:00 I start getting tired and it will be a miricle if I could stay awake past 9:30, I used to be a night owl and would close most clubs . I went out Sat. came home at 9:00 and was sound alseep by 9:30. I hope this changes soon I had the most fun at night. And being the senior regent at our local Moose Club I need to be there.

I had the Gordons Fish from the grocery store. 2 3 oz filets in a box. and work well in the microwave. I had the tilapia this weekend and I tried the salmon last night. It was greasy, i know good oil, but i still blotted it with a paper towel (like you'd do with pizza) last night. Smell wasnt that bad.
I found Heinz reduced sugar ketchup, 1 carb per serving and that was a nice touch. Tonight i might whip up some low fat tartar sauce (fat free mayo and reduced sugar/carb ketchup and old bay).

This is exactly how I am. I was dying last night trying to stay away until 10pm watching the biggest loser. I really wanted to catch law and order after that, but I hit record on the TIVO instead of fighting to stay awake

This sounds like something I'd like to try. Thanks for the suggestion.

Val, I'm a day behind you and stalled this morning, so we'll see what happens tomorrow morning. I started today so maybe that has something to do with it. Not looking forward to a stall, especially since I've been working out so much! But it's bound to happen sooner or later.
Mark and CeeCee,
I was exactly the same for the first few weeks, couldn't stay awake past 9 to save my life! It gets better and this week, week 4, I'm feeling really good and have been staying up later and later, actually able to watch my shows! Your body is still considered in recovery for 4 weeks, I've heard, so just let it do it's thing and get your sleep!

Val I know how you feel. I've stalled too....I had more prot yesturday but I slacked today and haven't really eaten much so I will have to have a 12 oz shake tonight at least if I don't finish my chicken which I know I won't...uggghhh....I go back to work monday and my job is physical I am always moving so I need to be able to eat food to keep my body going. Not sure what I am going to do...
