I went this morning to Quest Labs to have my first blood work done after surgery. My appt with the Dr. is on June 8th....I can't wait. I've been pretty good with my vitamins.

I am going next week to have my blood drawn can't wait to see my numbers especially my a1c...I have been having some really low blood sugars after excercising I was 40 tonight and all of a sudden I felt it and thought I was going to fall over. So I made my shake since I needed to have one anyway I am hoping the sugar in the skim milk will bring it up...

Hey Ladies

Ive been on the road and no pc to vent. Vacation is not going so well..Were now in Florida after stopping over for a wedding in NC on Saturday, however we spent our Sunday in the ER with my 3 yr old who was bitten in the face by my aunts dog. Im a nervous wreck at this point, have not been able to eat right just everything to hell in a basket at this point. Daughter now has stitches in her lips and now no one can produce rabbies vacination so they want me to take her to a hospital here in FL to start a series on her(which i hear is very excrutiating)..Im just so frustrated and feel so unprepared with being able to keep up with myself right now. Ive not seen a scale in 4 days and pretty sure I have not lost anything because my nerves are so shot I cant eat anything, Ive even tried to just drink shakes so Im getting something, but its not working to well...I sure hope the next few days go better and this vacation turns around.

That's not good.....maybe eat (don't hit me for this) a SF cookie. At least get the alcohol sugars, that should bring yours sugars up.

OMG'd that is horrible!! Florida wasn't/isn't suppose to be like this for you guys. I've heard that the rabies shots are terrible also. I just can't believe that she was bite on the face.....and that the dog hasn't been vaccinated.
What hospital are they recommending that you take her to?
