Might I suggest leg lifts while laying on your back on the floor and sit ups. Work up slowly. Try 10 at first for three to four days, then 15, then 20, then 30, and so on until you reach 100. Do this daily, you should see results within a month.
Good luck!

Swimming
Swimming will work muscles you normally don't use.
I think types like butterfly's work the stomach more than most, not sure.
This is my main form of exercise. Everymorn at 6am.
Later this month I will have been swimming for one whole year! Holy cow Batman!

I agree with the Curves things too.... but my Personal Trainer husband says leg lifts, and crunches with a resistence band, or using an exercise ball, work well too. Swimming sounds great.... but I would muss up my hair ... oh that's right, Gerry doesn't HAVE any hair!

I go to Curves at least 4 times a week and I love it. i have been going since late May and I have noticed a difference in my energy level and a little in my muscle tone.

Doing crunches on an exercise ball does wonders too.

The gym I go to has a crunch machine. Its great. My brothers personal trainer said that really nothing beats regular old crunches as long as you do them right. The crunch machine helps with that because it helps you keep good form, you just have to make sure and not use your arms to pull you up instead. If you havent joined a gym, my advice would be to definately try it out. I asked on here before what I should do about working out and lots of people told me to just go to the gym and try it out, and I love it!!! Thanks yall!
