Default When do you call Century Club???

Don't sound the alarms yet!!

But I am really close to my major goal!! I am currently 197 and my top weight was 296, so in one (1) pound I will have lost 100....omg!!!

My question is this...do I count my weight when I started the process of WLS, or the weight I was at surgery time. I lost 11 pounds during the proccess and weighed 285 on the day of surgery.

Who can help me with this dilema??

Before I shout out on the roof top I thought I should check protocol!!!

Rain

Thumbs up Rain

I go by the weight that I was in the hospital, but I think you should go by whatever you want. I must say you look AWESOME!!! Keep up the good work!

good question, my highest was 291 in November 04 But I lost some of that before the surgery 2/05. The day before, not eating and drinking the draino really dropped quite a bit. I go by the highest recorded weight in a doctors office.

I agree.........I will go by my all time highest weight. Because at some point you had to lose that with or without WLS. Congrats on your incredible success! You look absolutely fabulous.

Arrow Your Choice

Rain:

I started my weight loss with what I weighed at the hospital (251). However, Dr. Callery's records have always been by what I weighed at my consultation (249.8). In any event, both weights were my all-time highest. I think it's whatever you choose.

Regardless of what you choose, you've done a magnificent job. You're under 200--that's a huge milestone all by itself! Take pride in your accomplishments. You look absolutely beautiful!
