Default 1 week post op WEIGHT

Hello fellow TT's I'm officially 1 WEEK post op and I'm down 17 pounds I'm so happy with my progress HELL WEEK SHMELL WEEK my first week went very well.

God, my family and friends have taken such good care of me and I feel so blessed to have had this surgery and essentially gotten my "rebirth" as it's called, and it'sa wonderful feeling.

I went to my first support group meeting yesterday that is held by my surgeons's office nurse who is also a bariatric patient it was great I was so motivated and I've decided that I'm going to PAY I FORWARD. Though this journey was difficult to say the least the end rewards are worth it 10 fold so I'm going to tell anyone who asks, because I'm no longer ashamed I'm PROUD to have taken this journey and DONT CARE WHAT THE HATERS THINK!!!

LOOSER'S ROCK!!!

Wow I am so happy for you. Great job. I feel the same way. Hell week really wasn't that bad. I've only lost 12lbs in the first week and now I'm stuck there for two days now. I'm sure the scale will move any day now.
You my dear are doing great keep up the good work. I'm so glad this is working for you.

congratulations! I'm glad you are feeling so well. Your post made me tear-up, I'm glad you are so happy with your decision. I feel the same way, but I'm sure I'll feel a little better in a few days (I just got home from the hospital last night)

Your welcome, I feel the same, so excited. It's like I can hardly believe I really did this and this is really happening. The weight is Finally coming off, after all of those years of struggle. I could imagine that you are able to see a significant difference with 17 lbs. With my 12lbs my pants fall off, my hubby keeps laughing and saying "your getting skinny" when he hugs me, and my daughters keep saying "you can tell a lot", or "it's weird". Haha weird to see mama not so fat. It's gonna be real "weird" in a few months lol.

You enjoy it, embrace the changing you and continue to be happy. I'm glad to be able to share this journey with you.

You aren't doing anything wrong, what my nurse and what I see on here NEVER compare your journey to anyone else's. You journey is yours and no one should judge where anyone should or shouldn't be. If you are truly concerned ask your SURGEON. I feel 9 pounds is great, and you should be proud to be on the LOOSERS SIDE!!!

Thanks. Congratulations about your loss. Don't mind me. My son has been gone for almost a week and it is really hitting me hard today. Sorry. Have a great day.
