Question when did you start your vitamins?

I'm not real clear about when to start my chewables....when did you start chewables after surgery?

The doctor said the first day back at home is the day to begin. Let me tell u a secret i do...I crush mine and mix with an ounce of jello and a little water. This makes the taste go down fine. I cant stand the sour orange flavor of Centrum Chewables.
