Talking Great recipe.......

I made this a lot when I did Atkins. I made them this morning and they taste great and are easy on the pouch.

Sweet Cheese Snack (18 snacks)

Ingredients

4 ounce cream cheese

2 eggs, separated

1 tablespoon white sugar substitute.

Preparation Method

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.

2. Cream the cheese with egg yolks until smooth. Add sugar substitute.

3. Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.

4. Fold in cheese mixture into stiff egg whites. Careful not to break down egg white.

Carb Content

Total Grams : 5.2

Gram per serving : 0.3

That sounds yummy! Do you cut it into squares when it is done? That sounds like something I could take with me since I am on the go so much. Thanks for the recipe!

How long do you bake them for?

Sounds like a new favorite.

My favorite recipe right now,

In a 1/4 cup dish.

Put a mixture of Blue berries and black or raspberries top with frozen FREE whip cream drizzle with a small (super small) amount of chocolate syrup. (I haven't found sugar free yet) then enjoy. It is like having ice cream and fruit.

Remember to eat it slow
