I just eat whatever is healthy. I definately stay away from fried foods or anything that is too high in fat. And the key to loosing for me has been working out. I joined the gym and MAKE myself go mostly every day. Just remember that this is definately not the easy way out, it takes lots of willpower and dedication, although for me it has really helped me find my inner willpower! (If that makes sense?) Good luck, youre doing great!

Protein, protein, protein .... almost like being on Atkins all over again! Veggies second. There is a book out there that is highly recommended by BabrbaraJo that will help you. Its called WIGHTLOSS FOR DUMMIES or GASTRIC BYPASS FOR DUMMIES or something like that.. all I know is they are out there and they do exisit, you can find it on Amazon.com I think the best thing to do would be to private message BarbarJo on the exact name of the book!!! Best wishes!
