Default 6 Days Post Op - 24 Lbs

Had The Surgery Wednesday And Its Been Tough Not Being Able To Eat Anything. But When I Step On The Scale It Makes It Alot Easier Staying Focused.... I Would Like To Tell Everyone That The Aktins Chocolate Protien Shake In The Can Is Very Good, And You Cant Go Wrong With Crystal Light Drinks "yum". Anyway I Dont Have Much Else To Say At This Time. Good Luck Everyone We Can Do This I Know

Congrats on your surgery! I am curious to know, who did your surgery? I live in Hemet as well and am trying to find a good surgeon.
