Hey Ezarella- I've notice that in time your stomach adjusts and you will not feel that hungry all the time. I've lost 45 lbs since my surgery in June and I thought I wasn't losing because I was eating a lot. I'm not as hungry as I was after surgery, I eat about 2 meals a day with a couple of snacks in between like a fruit or cheese. I can eat basically anything I want-but I really have to be in the mood for it. Sometimes I'm fine just drinking low cal juices and eating cheese and crackers for a day. Each day is different and your stomach will tolerate things today that it can't tolerate tomorrow... its so weird.
Be patient with your lil tummy and don't rush solid foods even though it is soooo tempting! Be sure to fill up on protien also, it helps stall the hunger. If not the protein drinks then foods that have tons of protien such as tuna and cheese. Those are my two fav foods

Take care and keep me updated.
